Cascais also ranks second, with Rua das Violetas, where the median price is €4.3 million. The Vale do Lobo development in Almancil is third, with a median property price of €4.25 million. Regional price
The ten most expensive streets are found along Portugal’s coast and in the south.
After the top three, Rua das Papoilas in Cascais has a median price of €4 million, and the Fonte Algarve development in Almancil is at €3.995 million. Other streets on the list include Rua Soto Maior in Sintra (€3.9 million), Rua do Ouro in Porto (€3.69 million), and Quinta do Monte in Lagos (€3.25 million). Rua do Ouro also appears again, followed by Pinheiro Manso in Quinta do Conde (€2.75 million), and Avenida Sabóia in Estoril (€2.4 million).
idealista explains that the ranking is based on the median listing price for each street, so these may not be the streets with the highest single sale prices in each region.
