The Wine Dinner will combine “the elegance of AdegaMãe wines” and the “culinary creativity of Executive Chef Nelson Condeias,” promising to deliver “a memorable Eno gastronomic experience.”

For the occasion, sommelier Jorge Bita “selected a remarkable variety of wines from AdegaMãe.” AdegaMãe wines, from the Lisbon region, are recognized “for their innovative approach and the balance between tradition and modernity.” The freshness and elegance of the wines are also some of the main characteristics of these wines, which are “the result of the Atlantic influence that gives each harvest its own identity.”

In a statement, Amara reveals that the “white wines reveal vibrant acidity and a striking aromatic expression, while the reds stand out for their depth, structure, and elegant character.” This combination becomes the ideal pair for Amara's “gastronomic philosophy.”
