As per a press release sent to The Portugal News, Primelife marks “the completion of a project three years in the making. The five low-rise blocks sit within walking distance of the village and the sea, arranged around a shared pool and garden, in the quiet setting that defines this part of the coast.”

In total, there are 30 apartments; 25 have two bedrooms, while the other five are apartments with three bedrooms, which “are now ready for occupation, each fully furnished and immediately habitable.”

On 1 July, the first owners already took their apartments, which have a starting price of €550,000. The company guarantees that “the project introduces an ownership model rarely offered on this coast: full ownership of the apartment, combined with guaranteed personal-use weeks and professional management of the property for the rest of the year.”

Carvoeiro Branco highlights that Primelife is not just a simple address. The company explains that “every owner receives one week of free personal use in June or July, one week in May or September, and unrestricted use of their apartment between October and April, provided these periods are booked by 31 October of the preceding year.”

After buying the apartment, Prime Resorts takes charge of the calendar, while “handling bookings, marketing and guest care, so ownership generates income without asking for a second job.”

The apartments have an area between 111 and 140 square metres, and “opens onto a sun-filled terrace on the ground or first floor.” All the kitchens have a wine cooler “as standard.” The water in the apartments is heated through solar panels supply.
